Gluten-free and dairy-free for a cookie dough ice cream? I HAD to introduce myself to this new product. It had been years since anything cookie dough was tummy friendly for me.
Wow. I'm quoting myself from the first bite. Seriously, this stuff was really yummy!
It's a vanilla based ice cream with big flakes of a dark chocolate and big round clumps of gluten-free cookie dough. I was impressed. Word of warning...this is NOT soy-free. So I react a little bit to that, but there are some things I'm just willing to suffer for. This is one of them.

ReplyDeleteI am gluten, dairy and soy intolerant and I LOVE this ice cream! Since there is very little if any soy protein in soya lecithin, I do not react to it at all. You might want to try some of the other flavors. The chocolate, (can you say "divine"?) vanilla, coconut, and passionate mango don't have any soy at all.
Fun, fun that you found this ice cream! When I started reading about the cookie dough part, I was thinking I guess you could do the peanut butter cookie dough mixed in your ice cream!

ReplyDeleteNo egg, no dairy, no gluten! It's a vegan product, and it's absolutely delicious!
